Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in selling and delivering Supply Chain Advisory work in a practitioner model.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to align supply chain improvements with organizational goals.
• Effective communication stakeholder management client advisory and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of common supply chain technologies (ERP SaaS planning tools like Kinaxis KetteQ and more) and agentic tools.
• Be a transformation leader – Work at the cutting edge of AI automation and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate growth of Supply Chain Advisory to grow to $40M in FY26.
• Strategy Development & Execution: Identify advisory capabilities and collaborate with leadership to activate it, staying abreast of technologies.
• Offering Development: Create/refine offerings to improve Supply Chain KPIs and design/implement transformations across the SCOR model.
• Practice Development: Lead a supply chain practice with capabilities to identify Advanced Tech solutions and deliver Business Integration components.
• Mindset: Act as a practitioner on major deals to deliver programs and refine offerings.
• Client Engagement: Build trust-based client relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite and board members.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with other leaders to sell and deliver engagements.
