This position is Hybrid / Remote. The salary range for this full-time position is up to $62,000, with a generous leave and benefits package.

Summary of Position

The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for processing and organizing inbound and outbound orders from suppliers and customers to meet production schedules and customer demand. This role supports the Supply Chain Team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Assist the supply chain team with daily administrative activities
  • Place purchase orders according to schedule and demand discussions
  • Update internal trackers with open order reports from suppliers
  • Manage certificates, packing lists, and order confirmations from suppliers
  • Schedule releases from suppliers and communicate ETAs and delays
  • Work closely with the team to ensure warehouses are stocked appropriately
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for receipt and invoicing accuracy
  • Enter customer orders into ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)
  • Ensure adherence to purchase order SOPs and correct deviations
  • Process purchase orders efficiently to avoid overspending and delays, and reduce excess inventory
  • Update customers on ETA, delivery details, and packing lists
  • Follow up on material rejections to resolve cases promptly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet proficiency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Basic transportation knowledge ideal
  • Knowledge of G Suite ideal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a plus
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
Work Environment
  • 80% of the time in an open office setting with some travel to facilities and meetings
