Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Supplier Support professional for a remote, ongoing contract. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of relevant experience and a BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology. You will work with CAD tools and aerospace-design teams to support surfacing, modeling, drafting and GD&T tasks.

Experience with 3DX, CATIA V5/V6, ENOVIA LCA, and other CAD programs is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology or relevant engineering experience.
• 1-4 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with surfacing, solid modeling, drafting, and model-based design.
• GD&T preferred.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• ENOVIA LCA a plus.
• UG NX, PTC CREO, SolidWorks a plus.
• Prior Lockheed or Sikorsky experience a plus.
• Demonstrates good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering with CAD surface, solid modeling, drafting tasks.
• Collaborate with design teams on aerospace components.
• Assist with GD&T and configuration documentation.

Detailed Job Description

• Experience with surfacing, solid modeling, drafting, and model-based design.
• CAD Software: 3DX, CATIA V5/V6
• Primary / Secondary Structural Design experience including sheet metal, machined and composite parts
• Experience with GD&T preferred
• Aerospace experience preferred
• Experience with ENOVIA LCA a plus
• Experience with additional CAD programs (UG NX, PTC CREO, SolidWorks) a plus
• Prior Lockheed or Sikorsky experience a plus
