Qualifications

• 3-5 years in purchasing/procurement/material planning or equivalent
• CPIM/ CPM/APICS certification
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• SAP/ERP system experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and strong time management
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Place and enter purchase orders in ERP/MRP systems
• Monitor and resolve material shortages; expedite critical orders
• Maintain purchasing databases (lead times, MOQ, safety stock)
• Manage inventory levels for assigned commodities
• Support cross-functional collaboration for new item launches and R&D
• Liaise with Perrigo suppliers for projects and quality concerns
• Address rejected material and PO changes or termination issues
• Ensure GMP requirements are understood and followed
