Join our client, a dynamic and fast-evolving organization undergoing strategic transformation across its vendor management operations. They are seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to lead critical third-party vendor engagements, champion change across a complex, matrixed environment, and help shape the future of supplier collaboration and performance management.

Projects You'll Work On:

  1. Oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact vendor relationships, from onboarding to performance evaluation and renewal.
  2. Define and enforce KPIs and SLAs, ensuring vendors deliver on quality, timeliness, and strategic value.
  3. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational change, cost savings, and innovation through strategic sourcing.
  4. Establish scalable change management routines to foster accountability and enhance how vendor performance is monitored.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews and performance audits, identifying trends and risks while recommending actionable solutions.
  6. Spearhead managed service agreements and champion contract compliance across multiple business units.
  7. Drive process improvements in partnership with procurement and key business stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate on billing, contract resolution, and escalations to safeguard business continuity and mitigate risk.

What Experience You Should Bring:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  2. 8+ years of experience managing high-stakes, complex vendor relationships.
  3. Proven ability to lead organizational change and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mediate conflict and foster strong internal and external relationships.
  5. Analytical thinker with a solid grasp of both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
  6. Adept at project management, risk mitigation, and outcome-driven strategy.
  7. Experience navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and solving complex problems without clear precedents.
  8. Strong leadership mindset with experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
