• Monitor supplier performance (WIP, throughput, input rates, Line of Balance).
• Drive corrective actions to recover performance expeditiously.
• Ensure effective communication between Safran and supplier teams; organize meetings and minutes.
• Propose and deploy improvement tools and supplier surveillance projects.
