Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Supplier Quality Tech on 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. The role focuses on training staff, leading containment actions, and supporting product releases to ensure quality across suppliers.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years with Electrolux in a manufacturing/quality setting, plus strong Excel and Office skills and fluent English communication.

• 3–5 years Electrolux experience or 5+ years in a manufacturing/quality related field.
• Proven team-building and employee-motivation abilities.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Trains employees to follow standard work and understand JDSs.
• Conducts daily engagement with Operations Leadership to improve NRFT using EMS principles.
• Facilitates problem solving with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains knowledge of Microsoft Excel to support data analysis.
• Coordinates with SQEs on containment initiatives and product releases.
• Generates SMRR reports and communicates defects and containment actions to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDS’s.
• Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
• Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with SQE’s on containment initiates and product releases.
• Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment activities.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties.
