You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 4:45 am and end 1:10 pm Monday-Friday. This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs.

Your main tasks:

• Autonomous Decision-Making
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to make quality-related decisions
• Quality Assurance
• Inspect parts for defects and proactively adjust, maintain high-quality standards for manufactured parts
• Record Keeping and Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate records and schedules

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate proficiency in identifying parts by visual inspection, distinguishing between various part numbers (model numbers), and conducting precise inventory counts
• Proficiency in computer skills, including HMI interface and teach pendent operation
• Ability to perform minor machine setups and follow TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
• Forklift experience with completion of Forklift Training before job assignment
• Skill in quality inspection and adjustment of operating parameters to ensure parts meet integrity specifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
