You will train operators, monitor quality, and ensure production plans are met in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a technical education and hands-on experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, plus the ability to read drawings and report repairs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings; write repair reports.
• English literacy: speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust various equipment and train operators.
• Provide autonomous maintenance and daily production reports.
• Lead changeovers and optimize cycle times while ensuring safety and quality.

Job Description Process Technician – 2nd Shift Support

Your main tasks:

The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment. Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment. Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis. Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of manufacturing experience Must possess fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports. Ability to Ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
