Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking a Supplier Quality Tech for the 1st shift to train staff on standard work and quality processes. The role emphasizes EMS-driven improvements to NRFT and cross-functional problem solving with teams across the site.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED with Electrolux experience or 5+ years in manufacturing/quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clear English communication are required.

Formación

• High School diploma/GED with 3–5 years Electrolux experience or five years in manufacturing/quality field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for long shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Trains employees to follow standard work and understand JDS's.
• Daily engagement with Operations Leadership using EMS principles to improve NRFT.
• Facilitate problem solving with cross functional teams.
• Coordinate with SQEs on containment initiatives and product releases.
• Generate SMRR reports and communicate defects and containment activities.

Where you'll be:

Springfield, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Trains employees to follow standard work and to understand JDS's.
• Daily proactive engagement with Operation Leadership, utilizing EMS principles with the main goal to improve NRFT.
• Facilitate problem solving activities with cross functional teams
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with SQE's on containment initiates and product releases
• Generate SMRR reports and communicate with suppliers on defects and containment Activities

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes or five years of experience in a manufacturing/quality related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to stand much of the shift to perform duties
