The role focuses on air cooled heat exchangers and involves field visits to supplier shops. Qualifications include 2+ years in surveillance or testing, welding/fabrication experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in in‑shop surveillance, examination, or testing activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to supplier facilities.
• Ability to pass background requirements and work with supplier behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance at supplier shops and verify conformance to procurement documents.
• Witness tests, review documentation, and monitor inspection activities per plan.
• Identify nonconformances, recommend corrective actions, and escalate as needed.
• Release conforming material for shipment and report surveillance results.
• Maintain records, including drawings, revisions, MTRs, and coating records.
