Responsibilities

• Lead Critical Supplier Process to drive QR performance improvement.
• Coordinate supplier quality confirmation and containment for repetitive failures.
• Drive root cause analysis with select critical-to-quality suppliers.
• Engage with STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments and PAC reporting.
• Support Daily Plant Quality Meetings and supplier preparation for PQRs.
