Job summary

Boeing – Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. partner – seeks a Supplier Quality Purchase Order Planner to review contracts and POs in SAP, ensure quality requirements flow down, and coordinate with SCM on data and approvals.

The role emphasizes supplier approvals, compliance with customer requirements, and collaboration across organizations to resolve issues. This position is based in Kansas with union considerations and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract and purchase order review.
• 3+ years of experience in quality/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that supplier is approved in the Approved Supplier List.
• Ensure Customer Approval is complete for supplier.
• Ensure Supplier is approved for commodity being purchased.
• Partner with Supply Chain Management on new part POs, validation of commodity for supplier and any issues discovered in Contract or Purchase Order review.
• Validate all quality related supplier requirements are flowed down in contract and purchase order.
