Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminium manufacturing solutions.
On a typical day, but not limited to, the Supplier Quality First Level Manager is responsible for a team of Supplier Quality Representatives (SQR) who oversee the performance and quality of Spirit Suppliers globally. This team is responsible for quality of product through the life cycle of the products which includes on-boarding, First Part Qualification, Sourcing of Product, First Article Inspection and Investigation of Discrepancies.

Summary Pay Range: $100,750 - $154,500
