Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to own the quality of incoming materials across the supply base, coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, and site QC for qualification, audits, and corrective actions.

You will lead supplier qualification, onboarding, PPAP/FAI, monitor performance metrics, manage MRB/SCAR, and drive cost of poor quality recovery while maintaining ASL with suppliers. Travel 20-50% and on-site or remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 3+ years in supplier quality or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience with supplier qualification, audits, and corrective action processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead audits and SCAR reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier quality program across mechanical and electrical categories.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and PPAP/FAI approval for new and changed components.
• Plan and execute supplier audits: ISO compliance, process capability, and on-site assessments.
• Manage the SCAR process from issuance through closure verification.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) with procurement.
• Drive supplier process control, change notification compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cost-of-poor-quality recovery and supplier accountability for nonconforming material.
