Job summary

Neptune is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to own the supplier quality program across mechanical and electrical components. You will qualify suppliers, drive SCARs, and lead PPAP/FAI for changes, while coordinating with Procurement, Engineering, and site QC managers.

You will plan supplier audits, monitor performance metrics, and manage MRB/disposition decisions with site QC teams. 20–50% travel may be required, and remote options may be considered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supplier quality or related role within manufacturing
• Experience auditing suppliers and managing corrective actions (SCAR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead supplier audits on-site or virtually

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier quality program across mechanical and electrical commodity categories
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and PPAP/FAI approval for new/changed components
• Plan and execute supplier audits: ISO compliance, process capability, on-site assessments
• Manage the SCAR process from issuance through closure verification
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive improvement programs
• Develop and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL) with procurement
