Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct supplier audits, assessments, and drive corrective actions.
• Experience with various manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, welding, assembly).
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity; Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams for problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong data analysis skills with statistical software (Minitab, JMP).
• ASQ certifications (CSQE, CQE, CQA) are a plus.
