• Demonstrated ability to conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions.
• Experience with various manufacturing processes (machining, injection molding, casting, electronics assembly).

• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and monitor KPIs for quality.
• Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions and other quality-related documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Participate in new product development (NPD) processes to ensure supplier quality readiness.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German)
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for quality management (e.g., SAP QM, Oracle QMS)
