Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality or quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions.
• Experience with processes such as machining, injection molding, casting, welding.

• Proven ability to conduct supplier audits and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Experience with various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, casting, welding)

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
• Experience with advanced quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Familiarity with a specific manufacturing process, such as injection molding, casting, or machining
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle
