Job summary

Volvo Group Greensboro seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure robust supplier processes and a quality assured product for Uptime & Special Vehicles. You will work cross functionally with Volvo teams to secure parts and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in supplier quality in automotive/trucking, experience auditing suppliers, and knowledge of casting, forging, or injection molding. Base pay is $83,470.00–$103,110.00 annually, with bonus eligibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Supplier Quality within automotive or heavy trucking sectors.
• Auditing suppliers is a significant advantage.
• Experience in casting, forging, injection molding or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally within Volvo Group to secure products and projects.
• Ensure supplier processes are robust and deliver a Quality Assured product.
• Be an Ambassador for Quality Assurance and use APQP/PPAP tools.
