Job summary

GM Defense in Concord, NC is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer - Plant Support to act as technical liaison between suppliers and GM teams. You will perform PPAP, audit quality plans, coordinate containment, and drive corrective actions across programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPAP verifications and audits for new components.
• Review and approve Control Plans and PFMEA.
• Coordinate on-site containment for supplier issues.
• Lead supplier visits and root-cause analyses.
• Support supplier development and quality improvements.
