Job summary

Autocar, LLC, based in Hagerstown, IN, seeks a supplier quality leader to manage quality for daily production, investigate suspect material, and administer SCARs/RMAs. You will oversee Quality Technicians and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality engineering and/or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and owner of the documented quality process.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and processes.
• Collaborate with operations to identify, report and solve issues.
• Organize reject quarantine area by use and volume.
• Lead Plan for Every Part transformation for suspect material handling.
• Train team members on assembly procedures.
• Create and report hourly/daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
