• BS degree in Engineering or related field with 5–8 years of related experience; or MS with 0–2 years.

Responsabilités

• Assess potential new suppliers for technical, quality, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Evaluates supplier-driven changes and drives compliant implementation.
• Monitors suppliers using a risk-based approach and ensures documentation is complete.
• Generates test protocols, monitors testing, and approves components for use in products.
• Supports input to Design Engineering on new component technology and performs quality/reliability analyses.
• Investigates field failures and develops corrective action plans where needed.
