Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and development of potential, new, and existing suppliers in the injection molding sector.
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for risk migration.
• Coordinate internal and customer audits at supplier sites.
• Responsible for supplier complaint management.
• Work with procurement and the engineering team to assess and qualify new suppliers.
• Support development and improvement of injection molding materials.
• Oversee and improve management systems and ensure quality performance.
• Visiting suppliers with 30%–50% travel.
