Job summary
Experis Technology Group seeks a Quality Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI, onsite. You will own the compliance and quality of BCI parts, approve APQP/PPAP deliverables, and lead supplier quality reviews to ensure launch quality targets.
The role requires a BS in Engineering (ABET-accredited), automotive quality experience, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. You will drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and data integrity to support 100% quality at launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- Experience in automotive Product/Manufacturing/Supplier/Quality.
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Supplier Quality Manual.
Responsibilities
- Own quality of BCI parts and assemblies to meet project targets.
- Approve APQP/PPAP deliverables and ensure compliant processes.
- Lead supplier quality reviews to confirm vehicle quality expectations.
- Drive issue resolution with pilots and escalation per BCI criteria.
- Ensure root cause analysis and data integrity to support quality at launch.
