Job Description

We seek a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer experienced in manufacturing, process control, and monitoring of electronic assemblies. The role involves defect prevention, inspection, acceptance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will ensure suppliers have robust manufacturing and acceptance plans to deliver first-time quality to BAE Systems. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/ECA J-STD-002 standards is required. Responsibilities include investigating quality issues, trend analysis, leading improvement projects, and applying problem-solving tools.
This position requires self-motivation, data-driven decision-making, and travel (approximately 50%) to suppliers across the country. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and understanding requirements.
This role reports to the Electronics Category Supplier Quality Manager.

Full-Time Salary: $95,106 - $161,680
