The primary responsibility is to investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. The salary range for this position is $82,000 – $99,500 and there are opportunities to drive cost reduction and enhance supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years’ experience.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Multi-tasking and ability to work with personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve supplier quality problems.
• Conduct audits and analyze defect trends.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with suppliers.
• Develop supplier quality metrics and reporting.
• Drive corrective actions and supplier performance improvements.
