Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for opportunities in Newaygo, MI. This role focuses on developing quality improvement plans, conducting supplier audits, and driving corrective actions with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality across the supply base.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment, leveraging PPAP, APQP, and other quality tools to deliver reliable products and strong supplier

Qualifications

3+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality within a regulated environment.
Experience with audits, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Familiar with PPAP, APQP, and quality tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze supplier performance data and identify trends for corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality and reliability.
Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions and other quality documentation.
Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers.
