Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3+ years in supplier quality or quality engineering in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 and quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality standards.
Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements for new products and processes.
Monitor and report on supplier quality performance metrics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to reduce defects.
