Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3+ years in quality engineering or supplier quality.
Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
Experience with quality tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D).
Experience conducting supplier audits/assessments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality standards.
Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and corrective actions.
Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to establish supplier quality requirements.
Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Participate in new product development and launch activities to ensure supplier readiness.
Manage supplier qualification and re-qualification processes.
