Responsibilities

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define supplier quality requirements for new product introductions.
Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage and resolve supplier non-conformances, ensuring timely and effective disposition.
Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality improvement initiatives.
