Qualifications

• Experience with supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, 8D).
• Demonstrated experience conducting supplier audits and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and GD&T.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers or cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages relevant to global supply chains.
