Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for Controls, Digitalization and Nuclear to drive data-powered performance, strengthen quality systems, and lead improvements across global supplier networks.

In Orlando, you will own KPI reporting, audits, and CAPA while collaborating across functions to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and Six Sigma initiatives. Travel up to 40% is expected; nuclear industry experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/quality management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in supplier quality within industrial/manufacturing environments and complex projects.
• Bonus for nuclear industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including RCA, investigations, risk assessment.
• Certifications: CQA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience with process improvement, internal auditing, Six Sigma, and SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report supplier KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Oversee supplier quality data integrity and develop dashboards for KPI reporting.
• Lead data-driven resolution of supplier quality issues and CAPA.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance and quality standards.
• Coach and develop suppliers to enhance quality capabilities and risk mitigation.
