Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report supplier KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead non-conformance handling, RCA, and CAPA verification.
• Support strategic supplier development and risk mitigation initiatives.
