Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Quality Management; strong supplier quality background.
• Experience with ISO 9001, APQP, Six Sigma.
• Proven root cause analysis, investigations, and risk assessment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, monitor, and report supplier KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee supplier quality data, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Lead data-driven resolution of supplier quality issues and deviations.
• Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to management.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma/Lean; manage non-conformances with RCA/CAPA.
