Responsibilities

• Ensure suppliers launch components meeting design and customer requirements.
• Review and approve PPAPs and trial runs; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Investigate assembly component issues; perform root-cause analysis and sort materials.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal customers on product quality concerns.
• Visit suppliers to address quality spills and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Weekly tracking, updating, and reporting of supplier performance in QPF system.
• Follow Decostar Supplier Quality Manual and IATF16949 standards.
