Qualifications

• University degree/college diploma or successful completion of career-related courses.
• 3-5 years of experience in the quality field in a technical capacity.
• Adept with problem-solving methodologies; ability to drive corrective actions.
• Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and control plans.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the quality systems of global suppliers to ensure parts meet product specifications.
• Lead quality aspects of new product launches from handover to SOP.
• Support module quality engineers with risk assessments and process mapping.
• Conduct supplier audits to validate capability and drive improvements.
• Lead problem-solving using structured methodologies (8D) and coordinate cross-plant collaboration.
• Oversee tests and validations with suppliers before Start of Production and monitor monthly ratings.
• Manage ISIR/PPAP processes and contribute to part approvals.
