Job summary

P3 Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to work with clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

You will conduct supplier audits, lead root cause analysis, and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and other quality documentation to drive improvements.

The role requires 2–5 years in supplier or manufacturing quality, a manufacturing background, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supplier quality or related field.
• Background in manufacturing and quality systems.
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits, process validations and quality assessments.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Manage APQP, PPAP and other quality documentation for supplier compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance using quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth new product launches.
