Position Summary

This onsite role is located in Williamsburg, KY, working 5 days a week, M-F, with no weekend work. It requires strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience. The role focuses on developing and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems, including:

• Implementing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment
• Designing inspection and testing processes and equipment
• Conducting quality assurance tests and statistical analyses
• Performing root cause analysis for incidents
• Ensuring corrective measures meet standards and documentation compliance

Pay Range

$68,000.00 - $113,000.00

Responsibilities

• Address problems of moderate scope, assisting with projects under supervision
• Apply research in project planning, design, testing, and completion
• Impact short-term and occasionally medium-term goals
• Build knowledge of organization and processes
• Influence others through explanation of policies and practices
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year in manufacturing quality, or equivalent experience.
