Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for a manufacturing environment in New Jersey to lead the supplier quality program and drive corrective actions. You will collaborate across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to resolve quality issues, improve supplier performance, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while traveling up to 25% to supplier sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but will consider additional experience in lieu of
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in industrial manufacturing.
• Solid experience with supplier quality is required.
• Root Cause analysis / 8D Problem solving is required
• Experience with internal audits.
• Advanced Excel is preferred
• Need experience with Supplier Corrective Action plans.
• Familiar with ISO 9001
• Continuous Improvement experience is preferred.
