Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong supplier quality background required.
• Root cause analysis / 8D problem solving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the supplier quality program.
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics.
• Maintain and support the company preferred supplier list.
• Issue, track, and manage Supplier Corrective Action.
• Lead supplier investigations and root cause analysis for nonconforming materials.
• Review and approve supplier corrective and preventive action plans.
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
• Support and enhance incoming inspection processes.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Travel is up to 25% to visit supplier sites.
