Job Overview

A Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for managing the quality aspects of materials and services provided by external suppliers. The role involves implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with suppliers to address quality issues. SQEs work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and engineering, to ensure that the components and materials sourced meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and related quality standards.
  • ASQ Certification or association a plus

Salary is $80K - $100K, based on experience.
