Progress Rail is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to assess product quality and ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications. The role involves resolving quality issues, guiding process improvements, and coordinating with suppliers.
The engineer will review PPAPs, utilize Six Sigma, and collaborate with project teams to meet deliverables. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in supplier quality, SPC/DOE, and SAP usage.

The purpose of the position is to assess quality and ensure all products are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and standards. The Engineer works to resolve any quality issues and provide guidance on process enhancements and improvements.
