Job summary

Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for Davenport, IA. This onsite role (Mon–Fri daylight) focuses on deploying supplier development and improvement processes to raise quality and delivery performance across the supply chain.

You will interface with engineering, customers and suppliers on quality issues, serve on MRB/IPT, drive corrective actions, perform audits, analyze data, and support PPAP/FAI documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 1+ year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001, MIL-STD, ISO13485, or IATF 16949 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy supplier development and improvement processes across the supply chain.
• Interface with engineering, customers and suppliers on quality issues.
• Lead MRB/IPT participation, corrective actions, and audits.
• Review PPAP, FAI, and related quality documentation.
