Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree – preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
• Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to interpret other countries' regulations.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Confident working with foreign suppliers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet regulatory and customer deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and item databases in the DMS and ERP system.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier information per Supplier Approval Policy.
• Review supplier documentation for compliance with company requirements.
• Qualify new suppliers based on location and products in life sciences.
• Collect and maintain necessary documents to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor supplier document compliance with FDA, USDA, and other agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer documentation needs.
