Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Systems Analyst for the Supplier Portal in Zeeland, MI. You will support day-to-day operations, collaborate with global stakeholders, and help ensure a seamless supplier experience across the portal.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining training materials, and coordinating onboarding for suppliers, with a focus on process improvements and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training curriculums.
• Prior experience with large digital implementation or technology change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to address requests/issues impacting the Supplier Collaboration Portal.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues reported by Suppliers and Internal users within the Supplier Collaboration Portal.
• Ensure portal methodologies, policies, and procedures are maintained; drive timely resolutions with other business teams.
