Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is hiring a Supplier Marketing Intern to support the Supplier Marketing team through a variety of projects, operational activities, and strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with supplier growth programs, customer engagement, and business analysis within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Housing is provided locally for interns in Thief River Falls. This hybrid or onsite role requires occasional onsite attendance and offers exposure to marketing

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.
• Interest in gaining hands-on business and marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort presenting updates in meetings and with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day Supplier Marketing tasks and departmental projects.
• Support Supplier Marketing Managers and Specialists with ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on various projects.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and analyze data to support business objectives and supplier growth opportunities.
• Translate data and findings into clear business recommendations.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintenance of project records.
• Support process improvement initiatives that contribute to efficiency and scalability.
• Gain exposure to supplier marketing strategies, campaign execution, and supplier relationship management.
• Complete additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
