Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead material-related functions including purchasing, planning, inventory control, shipping and stockroom operations on-site.
You will develop and execute the Materials Management strategy aligned with cost, quality, delivery, and compliance while leading a multi-disciplinary team and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Our Bethlehem facility is growing, and we are looking for a Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team!
The Supplier Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all material-related functions for their Business Unit, including purchasing, material planning and control, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operations.
This role will develop and execute the Materials Management strategy in alignment with organizational and program objectives, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance. Leads a multi-disciplinary team, establishing clear goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Bethlehem, PA (on-site)
Salary: $110,000 to $155,000
