Job description

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Supplier Manager to own and drive our VMware partnership. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, identifying key partners, and leveraging relationships to grow business. The ideal candidate will have deep VMware experience, executive presence, and the ability to confidently lead strategic conversations—including executive briefings—with both internal and external stakeholders. Broadcom experience is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and lead the VMware supplier relationship, driving strategic alignment, execution, and growth across key partners and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with VMware and related supplier leadership to drive mutual business objectives.

Identify strategic partners and opportunities that align with Arrow’s long-term growth plans.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal sales and technical teams, providing guidance on large opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.

Deliver executive-level briefings and presentations internally and externally, ensuring alignment and transparency on strategic goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution and support for supplier initiatives.

Coordinate business reviews and supplier performance tracking, ensuring accountability and progress against defined KPIs.

Champion ease-of-doing-business enhancements such as EDI integrations, sales enablement tools, and shared visibility tools.

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in supplier management, partner management, business development, or related areas

Proven experience working with or for VMware (required)

Broadcom experience (preferred)

Strong understanding of the distribution channel and technology ecosystem

Executive presence with the ability to deliver compelling briefings to senior leadership

Highly strategic, with a strong bias for action and results

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizations

Work Arrangement:

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$116,700.00 - $204,289.80

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
