Job summary

Neuralink is hiring a Global Supply Manager to own the commercial strategy and performance of a broad supplier portfolio for Implant and Robot programs. The role spans mechanical, electronic, optical, raw materials, and biocompatible materials, with emphasis on sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.

The position requires a generalist background, willingness to learn new categories, and collaboration with Design, SIE, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Generalist track record across multiple commodities or categories.
• Experience in sourcing and supplier management within hardware, medical devices, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for a portfolio of categories and drive supplier evaluation and award recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and IP terms in partnership with Legal and Finance.
• Manage supplier performance, capacity planning, and risk mitigation to support clinical-builds and ramp.
